I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and hold the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I have successfully completed the Co-Active Leadership Programme which aims to empower participants to recognise their capacity to lead in all areas of their lives. The programme is designed to uncover, deepen and build on our natural strengths as leaders - it is a powerful, experiential 10-month leadership training that identifies and break through self-perceived limits and puts participants on the path to a deeper and richer expression of themselves as leaders. 

I am a fully trained Alchemy workshop designer and facilitator. The Alchemy Programme focuses on the mastery of a facilitator’s impact on the participants and their learning in an experiential context. 



I worked for fifteen years in the UK Qualifications and publishing industry. I have run assessments for both A Levels and GCSEs, as well as BTEC and NVQs, I have also worked globally on textbook publishing, specifically across Europe in Higher Education and Psychometric Assessments.

In the Primary Sector I Project Managed the UK’s research into the reading achievements of nine year olds as part of a global comparative survey.

I am a qualified Prince2 and Management of Risk (M_o_R) Practitioner.

I have a BA and an MA in Literature and Philosophy - both awarded by Queen Mary College, University of London.
